Van Driver (P&D) Hiring Now

Deliver and pick up FedEx packages on assigned local routes using company-provided step vans. Ideal for drivers who want consistent home time and don't need a CDL.

Pay
$18–$22/hr + route bonuses (experienced drivers)
Schedule
Mon–Sun, early AM start (~6:00 AM), typically done by 3–5 PM
Route Area
Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, Collinsville, and nearby suburbs
Vehicle
Company step van provided — no personal vehicle required
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license (Class D or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year commercial or delivery driving preferred
  • Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
  • Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly

Box Truck Driver (P&D) Hiring Now

Operate larger box trucks on higher-volume routes and business districts. Experience with straight trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred.

Pay
$20–$25/hr + performance incentives
Schedule
Mon–Sun, early AM start; Sunday coverage as scheduled
Route Area
Tulsa metro commercial zones, Owasso, Collinsville, industrial parks, and select residential
Vehicle
Company box truck (26' straight truck) — training provided
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not always required
  • 2+ years commercial driving experience preferred
  • Clean MVR and background check
  • DOT physical and drug screen
  • Comfortable backing and maneuvering in tight delivery areas

Driver Helper / Swing As Needed

Support route drivers during peak volume — ride-along, sort, and assist with deliveries. Path to full-time van driver role for strong performers.

$16–$18/hr

Part-time / flexible; peak season (Nov–Jan) most active
Route Area
Tulsa terminal and Tulsa metro routes, including Owasso and Collinsville
